Feeling stressed from your work? Refresh your mind by communicating through body movement. No dance experience is required, expected or needed. The workshop provides an inclusive space for all individuals to express themselves artistically through guided movement and by learning a simple modern dance phrase. Through mindful movement, you will enhance your mind-body connection and release stress. The workshop will also foster group connection by ending with meditation and discussion/reflection.
